During the final match of the last season, I was sitting at the Rajshahi wicket, amidst the sound of rain and the roar of the crowd. The scoreboard showed 145 runs, but truly, the more important aspect than the scoreboard was how these teams are changing their game. Based on my 18 years of experience, I have seen that this change is not just a competition, but the beginning of a systemic transformation.
